The 3G mobile users can login to our website to interact with their friends on the go. They will be able to get timely updates of their friends, find out who is just around them and catch the on-going promotional information in the region nearby.

The retailers can benefit from the high efficiency of advertising in the location based mobile media we offer.

Introduction

As devices such as the iPhone and 3G technologies become more ubiquitous, and the popularity of social networking websites increase, there is a rising need for mobile connectivity. Coupled with the nationwide WiFi that will be installed within 2 years, communication mobility will be greatly enhanced. In view of this trend, Team intends to introduce a new mobile social networking site – Simple Life. Simple Life is compatible with any 3G phone, is provided free for consumers and is linked to its own computer accessible website. Using GPS technologies, the site will feature site-specific information including promotional advertisements from retailers as well as friends’ comments and reviews when shops or eateries are approached. Simple Life also provides and avenue for expression through mobile blogging, application sharing, comment contribution and instant messaging. Retailers will be required to pay an advertising fee to upload e-flyers or promotional sales notices that will be displayed on mobile phones in the vicinity. Simple Life will provide a site-specific, real-time solution to mobile social networking.
